We at SHADY GATORS aim to ensure a seamless customer experience. We are working with various logistics solution providers and courier partners to facilitate faster and smooth delivery of products in the finest condition to our customers. 

Depending upon the location, the product is shipped within 3-7 business days. The benefit of ordering from Shady Gators is FREE SHIPPING on your orders. We don’t charge any extra amount or hidden charges in delivering the product to our customers.

We offer flexibility to our customers to cancel their order (Subject to our Cancellation Policy) in case they change their minds. 

However, in cases or scenarios where a return of product is involved (subject to our refund policy), then the “Return Shipping Cost” needs to be borne by the customer. 

Shipping Terms in case of Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

• To fulfill non-serviceable Pin-Codes, Prepaid orders will be sent through Speed Post or alternate delivery channels. 
• The delivery time for non-serviceable Pin-Codes may vary. It may take more days than usual and Shady Gators will not be liable for any delays in delivery. 
• However, maximum support will be extended by the team to fulfill the prepaid orders in non-serviceable PIN Codes. 
• The exchange schedule will not be applicable for orders fulfilled via speed post.
• In case of prepaid orders with non-serviceable pin codes, returns would have to be initiated by the customers themselves, and eligibility for the acceptance of the return and processing of the refund would be subject to our refund policy. 
• For product returns, if a Pincode happens to be unserviceable for reverse pickup then the customer needs to send the product back to us (relevant address for delivery of return shipment will be shared with the customer as and when required) at his/her own cost.

Cash-On-Delivery Policy:

Cash On Delivery service is framed in a certain way to ensure ease of business and operations for Shady Gators & our customers. As per the Cash on Delivery policy: 

• Shipping Charges will be borne by the customer 
• The cost involved for shipping depends upon the total weight of the products ordered
• Cash on Delivery is applicable on a maximum order value of INR 5,000/-
• Shady Gators reserves the right to cancel any order suspected to be a fraudulent order without any prior information to the customer
• In case of a refund, Shady Gators would be needing the bank account details of the customer in order to process the refund (subject to our refund policy)
• In case of an order Cancellation Request for a Cash-On-Delivery order, you need to email us at shop@shadygators.in for placing the cancellation request (subject to our Cancellation Policy).
• Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area
• Shady Gators  is working hard to facilitate the Cash-On-Delivery facility for all our valued customers. However, if the PIN Code provided for Cash On Delivery service is not in the serviceable area then an “ONLINE PAYMENT” mode needs to be used. 
• You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery
• If the product is open, then do not accept the order 
• Credit/Debit Cards are not accepted in Cash on Delivery orders
